Terms of Service
These terms describe acceptable use, billing expectations, customer responsibility and limitations of ARCOS.
Service
ARCOS provides AI employee tools for customer communication, sales support, lead management, bookings, reporting and business automation.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, the customer data you process, the messages sent through connected channels and your compliance with applicable laws.
AI limitations
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. ARCOS should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, emergency or high-risk decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Plan limits, pricing, features and billing cycles are shown during checkout and inside the billing dashboard.
Suspension
We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or violation of these terms.
